Tax Technology Manager

Our Client is a Large Group with offices in Ireland and beyond.  The are seeking a Tax Technology Manager.
  
You’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities across the full engagement lifecycle — from initial client engagement through to implementation and ongoing operations.
Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting end-to-end delivery of technology-driven projects (from proposal and client pitch through to execution and BAU transition)
• Managing resources, defining processes, and leading delivery across client engagements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including tax, finance, compliance, and account management
• Driving the adoption of new technologies and improving service delivery models
• Supporting the deployment of market-leading solutions both internally and externally

�� Requirements

• Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to deliver high-quality outputs and navigate complex situations
• Experience across technology implementation lifecycles (requirements, design, deployment)
• Proven track record delivering transformation / data / technology-led projects
• Experience managing multi-location, cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on technology, data, and automation
• Strong communication skills — able to simplify complex or technical concepts

�� Skills & Background

• Degree in accounting, tax, or relevant experience in a professional services environment
• Exposure to data, automation, transformation, or cloud technologies
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to business development, pitches, and client presentations
