Tax Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director

ProSource Group are partnering with a leading Dublin-based tax advisory firm to hire a Senior Manager / Associate Director / Director to join their Corporate Tax / M&A Tax team.

This is a high-profile role offering exposure to complex transactions and corporate reorganisations for corporate and private equity clients.
You will work closely with senior management and clients, providing technical tax advice and structuring solutions across a variety of corporate transactions.


Key Responsibilities

• Advise on M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, and group reorganisations
• Plan and implement HoldCo insertions, share-for-share exchanges, demergers, and pre-sale restructurings
• Manage tax due diligence for domestic and cross-border deals
• Support clients on private equity transactions, exit planning, and restructuring strategies
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
• Lead and mentor junior tax team members
• Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership

Requirements

• Qualified CTA, ACCA, or ACA
• Minimum 8–12 years PQE in corporate / transaction tax advisory
• Strong technical knowledge in M&A tax, corporate reorganisations, and international tax structures
• Experience in Big 4, Top 10, or specialist advisory firms preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams
• Strong communication, client-facing, and commercial skills
