Tax Senior - Hybrid Dublin

My client is a progressive practice based in the heart of Dublin City.  They are seeking an experienced Tax senior to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who has trained in a mid-sized practice and is now looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of clients and tax issues, while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working and the support of an experienced team. About the Role
The successful candidate will bring strong, well-rounded tax experience and a mature, professional approach. You will manage your own client portfolio, balancing compliance and advisory work, and building trusted relationships with clients across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of personal and corporate tax clients.
• Prepare and review corporation tax, income tax, CGT and CAT returns.
• Provide practical tax advice to clients on a broad range of matters, including planning and structuring.
• Handle Revenue correspondence and assist with Revenue audits.
• Maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and provide guidance to junior staff where appropriate.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm through quality client service.

Requirements

• CTA or CTC qualification (essential).
• Training and experience gained in a mid-sized practice.
• Broad exposure to personal, corporate and capital taxes.
• 3–5 years’ post-training experience in tax.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to apply it in a practical, client-focused way.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional maturity, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
