We’re on the hunt for a Tax Manager — or as we like to call them, a true �� Unicorn �� to join growing accountancy practices across Ireland. Why Unicorn? Because professionals who are equally strong in Tax Compliance and Tax Advisory are rare, valuable, and highly sought after!

Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance

• Manage a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients
• Review and finalise tax returns ensuring accuracy and timely submissions
• Monitor deadlines and maintain strong compliance processes
• Keep up to date with changes in Irish tax legislation

Tax Advisory

• Provide strategic tax planning advice to a broad client base
• Support business restructures, acquisitions, and succession planning
• Identify tax-efficient solutions and risk areas
• Work closely with Partners on complex advisory projects

What We’re Looking For

• CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or close to qualification)
• Strong mixed tax background in practice
• Proven experience across both compliance and advisory work
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
