Director, Tax – Private Clients (Advisory & Compliance) Are you a senior tax professional ready to take the lead in Private Clients Tax? Our client, a boutique tax firm based in South Dublin, is seeking an experienced Manager to join their growing Private Clients team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family businesses, delivering a blend of advisory and compliance services while leading and developing a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do: - Manage a portfolio of private clients including HNWIs, business owners and family groups.
- Oversee the preparation and review of income tax, CGT, CAT, and relevant filings.
- Provide advisory services on wealth structuring, succession planning, and estate planning - Hiveouts, Cashouts, Trusts, M&A Advisory.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering tailored and proactive tax advice.
- Manage Revenue interventions, queries, and compliance matters.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to process improvements, tax technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
- Support business development and help grow the Private Clients offering.
What You Bring:
- CTA / CTC qualified (or equivalent)
- 6 - 10 years experience in Private Clients Tax Advisory and or compliance in Ireland.
- Strong knowledge of Irish income tax, CGT, CAT, and estate planning matters.
- Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.
- Commercial awareness with a client-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
