Director, Tax – Private Clients (Advisory & Compliance)
Are you a senior tax professional ready to take the lead in Private Clients Tax? Our client, a boutique tax firm based in South Dublin, is seeking an experienced Manager to join their growing Private Clients team.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family businesses, delivering a blend of advisory and compliance services while leading and developing a high-performing team.
  
�� What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of private clients including HNWIs, business owners and family groups.
• Oversee the preparation and review of income tax, CGT, CAT, and relevant filings.
• Provide advisory services on wealth structuring, succession planning, and estate planning - Hiveouts, Cashouts, Trusts, M&A Advisory.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering tailored and proactive tax advice.
• Manage Revenue interventions, queries, and compliance matters.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members.
• Contribute to process improvements, tax technology adoption, and operational efficiency.
• Support business development and help grow the Private Clients offering.

  
��What You Bring:

• CTA / CTC qualified (or equivalent)
• 6 - 10 years experience in Private Clients Tax Advisory and or  compliance in Ireland. 
• Strong knowledge of Irish income tax, CGT, CAT, and estate planning matters.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading engagements.
• Commercial awareness with a client-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
