ProSource Group are recruiting on behalf of a specialist structural engineering consultancy for a Structural Technician to join its Dublin city centre team. This is an opportunity to work on structural projects across temporary works, restoration and conservation, commercial buildings, Dublin Airport projects, hospitality and bespoke homes. You’ll work closely with structural engineers and directors, producing drawings and models that help turn complex designs into practical construction solutions. Role
Produce and update structural drawings, details and models using AutoCAD and Revit.
Support engineers on projects from initial design through to construction.
Prepare drawings for temporary works, alterations to existing buildings and new structures.
Coordinate drawing information with architects, contractors and other project teams.
Respond to design changes and site queries, particularly on projects requiring quick turnaround.
Maintain accurate, clear drawing packages and project records.
Requirements
2–6 years’ experience in a structural technician or similar drafting role.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
Experience producing structural drawings and construction details.
Temporary works, conservation or restoration experience would be an advantage.
