Site Supervisor

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
The role of the Site Supervisor involves supervising and coordinating on-site construction activities, managing site teams, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives. You'll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Supervise on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation.
• Lead and manage site teams, providing guidance and support to ensure work is performed according to plans and standards.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure the availability of necessary materials, equipment, and resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain project momentum.
• Collaborate with project management to update progress reports and contribute to project planning meetings.

Requirements: 

• Previous experience in a site supervisory role within civil engineering or utilities.
• Background in road/public realm projects or heavy civils works.
• Experience with reinstatments, trenching and ducting.
• Ability to travel between multiple project locations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of site operations, safety, and quality procedures.
• Full Irish driving licence required.
