Site Supervisor (Water/WasteWater)

The Role 
This role will suit someone with a strong site background in either water/wastewater infrastructure or heavy civils, who is comfortable coordinating crews, subcontractors, and daily site activities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations across active projects.
• Coordinate labour crews, subcontractors, and plant activities.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Monitor progress against programme and support delivery targets.
• Maintain site records and assist with reporting requirements.
• Promote strong health & safety standards on all sites.
• Liaise with site management and project teams to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a site supervisory role within civil engineering or utilities.
• Background in water/wastewater projects or heavy civils works.
• Ability to travel between multiple project locations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of site operations, safety, and quality procedures.
• Full Irish driving licence required.
