Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily site works, including civils, concrete, and structural steel installation.
- Ensure quality standards are met across all aspects of the project.
- Conduct inspections, manage snag lists, and review QA documentation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials on site.
- Enforce Health & Safety procedures and promote a positive safety culture.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives.
- Assist in planning and sequencing site activities to meet deadlines.
- Maintain detailed site records and progress reports.
Requirements - 4+ years’ experience in a Site Supervisor or Foreman role within civil or construction.
- Proven background in quality management / inspections.
- Strong knowledge of site operations, safety procedures, and construction sequencing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Relevant construction qualification or trade background beneficial.
- Full clean driver’s licence.
