Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily site works, including civils, concrete, and structural steel installation.
  • Ensure quality standards are met across all aspects of the project.
  • Conduct inspections, manage snag lists, and review QA documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials on site.
  • Enforce Health & Safety procedures and promote a positive safety culture.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, and client representatives.
  • Assist in planning and sequencing site activities to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed site records and progress reports.
Requirements
  • 4+ years’ experience in a Site Supervisor or Foreman role within civil or steel construction.
  • Proven background in quality management / inspections.
  • Strong knowledge of site operations, safety procedures, and construction sequencing.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Relevant construction qualification or trade background beneficial.
  • Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the Midlands.
