Site Manager - Limerick

ProSource are seeking an experienced Site Manager on behalf of their client to join a major residential development in Limerick.

This is an immediate requirement for a Site Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day site operations and drive the project safely, efficiently, and to programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the construction site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor progress against the construction programme and report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Liaise with the design team, client representatives, and local authorities as required.
• Oversee quality assurance and snagging processes throughout the build.
• Manage site documentation, inspections, and site records.
• Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to minimise delays.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential construction projects.
• Experience with timber frame construction is highly desirable.
• Strong groundworks experience is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain programme delivery.
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Relevant construction qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Trade background).
• Valid Safe Pass.
