Site Manager (Fitout)

ProSource are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Fitout) on behalf of their client who are a Main Contractor to oversee the fitout phase of a project in Kildare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Site Manager will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to coordinate the fitout process and ensure seamless project execution.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee and manage the fitout phase of the project from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and work packages.
• Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Conduct regular site meetings and briefings with the project team.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, with a focus on fitout projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant certifications in construction and project management are advantageous.
