Site Manager (Fitout) - Main Contractor

ProSource are seeking a Site Manager (Fitout) on behalf of their client who are a leading Main Building Contractor who are working on a landmark mix use development in Dublin. 

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Oversee and manage the fitout phase of the project from start to finish.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and work packages.
• Lead and manage on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
• Conduct regular site meetings and briefings with the project team.
• Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site management, with a focus on fitout projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Relevant certifications in construction and project management are advantageous.
