Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day site operations on the project in Denmark.
  • Supervise subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Plan and coordinate works to meet programme deadlines and budget targets.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, client representatives, and design teams.
  • Ensure full compliance with site health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Manage site reporting, progress tracking, and material procurement.
  • Conduct site meetings and provide updates on schedule, quality, and performance.
  • Support junior engineers and site staff as part of a collaborative, hands-on management approach.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Site Manager or Senior Site Engineer role within civil or construction projects.
  • Proven record of delivering works safely, efficiently, and to specification.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work abroad for extended periods (rotation/travel support provided).
  • Excellent organisational and reporting abilities.
  • Engineering or construction management qualification desirable.
