Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Site Manager and Project Engineer to ensure all works are delivered in line with project design, specification, and programme.
  • Set out and survey works for roads, utilities, and drainage to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and daily site activities, maintaining smooth progress on site.
  • Monitor progress and support site documentation, including health, safety, and environmental records.
  • Conduct quality inspections, maintain records, and ensure standards are consistently met.
  • Promote and contribute to a positive site culture, focused on safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years’ experience in site or setting-out work.
  • Experience in residential/industrial projects is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD and GPS/Total Station equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
  • Full Irish driving licence required.
