Site Agent

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in project delivery, commercial awareness, and leading multidisciplinary site teams on complex infrastructure schemes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from commencement through to project completion.
• Lead engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and site personnel to achieve programme objectives.
• Coordinate project resources, logistics, and construction activities.
• Monitor project budgets, variations, and commercial performance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' experience delivering civil engineering projects.
• Previous experience as a Site Agent is a must and have worked on road/TII or similar transport infrastructure.
• Strong commercial understanding and contract administration experience.
• Experience delivering Design & Build projects would be advantageous.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Full Irish driving licence.
