Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to join our team in Dublin. The Site Agent will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage construction activities on-site, including subcontractors, suppliers, and personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
  • Provide leadership and support to site staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
  
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in the civil engineering or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Relevant qualification in civil engineering or construction management.
  
Package:
  • €60k - €70k DOE
