Site Agent

As a Site Agent, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing civil engineering projects. Your role involves managing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and achieving project milestones.
  
Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations to meet project objectives within budget and timeline constraints.
• Supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on-site, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress, conduct regular site inspections, and address any issues or deviations from project plans.
• Manage resources effectively, including equipment, materials, and manpower allocation.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety consciousness, and high performance among on-site teams.

  
Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civils Site Agent or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for managing and motivating teams effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (preferred but not required).
