Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise crews and subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to quality standards.
  • Coordinate works across live water network activities.
  • Liaise with clients, local authorities, and internal project teams.
  • Manage site documentation, permits, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Support planning, scheduling, and progress tracking of works.
Requirements
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working in the water / utilities sector.
  • Involvement in some of the following areas:
    • Capital Delivery Schemes (CDS)
    • G&D works
    • Leakage detection and repair
    • Metering programmes
    • Reinstatement works
    • BME, OOS, and rehabilitation projects
  • Strong site coordination and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.
