Site Agent

This is a great opportunity for an experienced engineer who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day operations and lead site delivery on key utility schemes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily running of site works, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance.
• Coordinate and lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to senior management.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with client requirements and project specifications.
• Manage permits, health & safety documentation, and site records.
• Act as the main point of contact with client representatives and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the delivery of water, wastewater, or utility projects.
• Proven track record of managing teams and subcontractors on civil works.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
