Site Agent

This role has a strong BCAR compliance focus and will suit someone experienced in managing site delivery, documentation, and coordination on housing developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on residential civils projects.
• Ensure full compliance with BCAR requirements, inspections, and documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site engineers, and suppliers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
• Oversee health & safety, quality, and programme delivery.
• Attend office meetings in Dublin one day per week.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on residential civils projects.
• Strong BCAR knowledge and hands-on experience (essential).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple work fronts and stakeholders.
• Full driving licence is essential for site and office commuting.
