Senior Structural Engineer - Galway

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing multidisciplinary CSA consultancy, for a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer in their Galway office.

Role

• Lead the design and delivery of medium to large-scale building and infrastructure projects
• Oversee structural analysis and modelling, ensuring high-quality technical output
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple assignments
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians, fostering team development
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
• Carry out occasional site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Honours Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering 
• 6+ years post-graduate experience in structural design
• Proven track record on medium to large-scale building & infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency with structural modelling/analysis software 
• Skilled in AutoCAD / Revit / BIM / MS Office
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Full driver’s licence and own transport (for occasional site visits)
