Senior Structural Engineer - Dublin

Salary: €65,000 - €85,000

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multi-national CSA consultancy, for a Senior Structural Engineer in their Dublin office.

Role

• Lead the design and delivery of medium to large-scale built infrastructure projects
• Oversee structural analysis and modelling, ensuring high-quality technical output
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple assignments
• Mentor and support junior engineers and technicians, fostering team development
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes
• Carry out occasional site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Honours Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering 
• 6+ years post-graduate experience in structural design
• Proven track record on medium to large-scale building & infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency with structural modelling/analysis software 
• Skilled in AutoCAD / Revit / BIM / MS Office
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
