Senior Quantity Surveyor

ProSource are currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a rapidly growing Main Building Contractor in the Dublin Region. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company's commercial strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to optimize terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve commercial objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Analyse commercial performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance commercial processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience in quantity surveying preferably with a Main Building Contractor background.
• Strong understanding of commercial principles, negotiation techniques, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
