Responsibilities

• Provide full pre- and post-contract cost management services across multiple projects.
• Prepare detailed cost plans, budgets, tender documents, and procurement strategies.
• Lead value engineering exercises and provide strategic cost advice to clients.
• Manage variations, valuations, and final accounts while maintaining accurate cost reporting.
• Act as the key client contact on assigned projects, ensuring successful delivery and high-quality service.
• Mentor and support junior surveyors within the team.
• Contribute to business development and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a PQS or consultancy role, with strong project and cost management exposure.
• Proven ability to manage medium-to-large scale projects across different sectors.
• Excellent commercial awareness and strong client-facing skills.
• Chartered status (SCSI/RICS) preferred or working towards.
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost management software.

Package

• Salary: €85,000 – €90,000 (DOE).
