Senior Quantity Surveyor

Company Intro / Summary
A well-established consultancy is looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team in Dublin. The role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial fit-out projects, with a strong focus on client-side cost management.

The position would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong PQS background, who is comfortable managing projects independently and dealing directly with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities
• Managing projects from inception through to completion
• Preparing cost plans, budgets and financial reports
• Providing cost management and commercial advice to clients
• Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Reviewing tenders and supporting procurement processes
• Monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Working closely with clients, contractors, design teams and other project stakeholders
• Managing multiple projects and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics
• Minimum 7 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• PQS/consultancy background strongly preferred
• Experience across residential and commercial fit-out projects
• Strong understanding of cost management and contractual processes
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision

Package
• Salary: €85,000 – €100,000 DOE
• Dublin based office
