Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in
North Dublin. Operating for over 30 years, the company has built a reputation for excellence in construction project management, delivering high-quality work across commercial, healthcare, education, residential, and refurbishment sectors. With repeat clients and a strong pipeline of work in the Greater Dublin area, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious QS to take on a leadership role within an established and respected building contractor.
Responsibilities - Manage all commercial and contractual obligations on projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
- Prepare and submit interim payment claim notices and final claims.
- Liaise closely with Contracts and Site Managers to assess progress and identify variations.
- Ensure claims and valuations are comprehensive and issued promptly.
- Report in detail to the Commercial Manager on the financial status of projects.
- Negotiate with subcontractors, clients, and their representatives as required.
- Play a key role in supporting the Surveying Department and contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements - Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or equivalent.
- 8–10 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with a main contractor.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage commercial aspects independently.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, and IT skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Package - Salary: €80,000 – €90,000 (DOE).
