Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expert team. Responsibilities - Lead the commercial management and cost control of large-scale projects from inception through to completion.
- Prepare detailed cost plans, tender documentation, and bills of quantities.
- Manage procurement processes and provide strategic input on subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.
- Oversee interim valuations, variations, and final accounts with accuracy and commercial insight.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams on commercial matters.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members, fostering professional development.
- Ensure risk management and cost reporting adhere to the highest standards.
Requirements - Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- 7–10 years’ experience within a consultancy or client-side QS role, managing diverse and complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of Irish construction contracts, procurement routes, and commercial best practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software and MS Office applications.
- Chartered status with SCSI or RICS preferred, or actively working towards chartership.
- Highly organised with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
Package - €85,000 - €100,000 DOE.
