A well-established project and cost management consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team based in Laois. With a strong portfolio of residential developments and a growing pipeline of projects, the consultancy has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality project management services across Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career within a close-knit consultancy where they will have genuine responsibility from day one. While the majority of projects are within the residential sector, experience across public works or data centre projects would be highly advantageous as the business continues to diversify its portfolio.
Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Support the continued growth of the consultancy through the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Management role.
• Previous consultancy experience is highly desirable.
• Strong residential construction experience.
• Public works and/or data centre experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Package
• €80.000 - €90,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Laois.
