This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to secure a long-term role in a strong regional location. The position is ideally suited to candidates based in Clare or Limerick, though hybrid options are available for those based further afield, offering flexibility while maintaining involvement in key projects.
  
Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage project programmes, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and design teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement and ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management on progress and performance.

 Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong background delivering construction projects with a main contractor.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple project elements.
• Ideally based in Clare or Limerick, though flexible/hybrid arrangements will be considered.
• Driven and motivated with a focus on long-term career development.

Package

• €80,000 – €95,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Ennis.
