Senior Project Manager - Construction

A well-established and growing construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Dublin City Centre office. With a strong pipeline of live projects and continued growth planned, this role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio — including residential and infrastructure schemes — without being confined to one sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager coming from either a main contractor or consultancy background. It is particularly well suited to those seeking to transition from a high-intensity contractor environment into a more balanced consultancy setting, while still working on high-profile developments.
  
Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from inception through to completion across residential and infrastructure sectors.
• Oversee programme, cost, and quality performance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate design and delivery teams.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies where required.
• Provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders on project progress and performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual obligations and best practice standards.
• Support the continued growth of the project management function within the business.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management within a contractor or consultancy environment.
• Strong track record delivering residential, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially aware with strong programme management capability.
• Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress into more senior leadership roles.

Package

• €90,000 – €100,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position based in Dublin City Centre.
