Senior Project Engineer (MEP) - West Dublin

ProSource Group are liaising with a dynamic MEP consultancy based in West Dublin who are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong on-site project delivery experience in Ireland to play a key client-facing role.

The Role 

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will:

• Lead the successful delivery of residential MEP projects from design through to site completion.
• Represent the consultancy on-site with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
• Oversee MEP installation and commissioning, driving quality, safety, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to BCAR, Part L, and Irish building regulations.
• Work closely with both the design team and site team to deliver efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Champion modern methods of construction (MMC) and energy-efficient design in residential developments.

About You 

• 5+ years’ experience in building services / MEP project delivery, ideally in residential projects.
• Strong on-site Irish experience, with proven ability to manage contractors and lead meetings.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills – confident in representing your company.
• A track record in MEP coordination, project management, and compliance.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices, MMC, and energy efficiency is a distinct advantage.
