Senior Planner

ProSource Group are seeking a Senior Planner on behalf of one of Ireland's leading Tier 1 Main Contractors. This is a new position due to a strong pipeline of work ahead, particularly within the Data Centre sector.

Our client is a Tier 1 Irish Contractor with a strong track record of delivering large-scale projects for blue-chip clients across Europe.

They are currently involved in a number of high-profile developments including Data Centres, pharmaceutical projects, and large-scale commercial builds, with continued growth expected across international markets.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

• Creation and management of fully integrated construction programmes including target and subcontractor programmes
• Report on project progress versus programme, including critical path analysis, delays, and implications
• Production of tender programmes, logistics plans, and method statements
• Monitor and report on supplier and subcontractor design, approvals, and off-site production
• Manage and update the Design Programme in conjunction with the Design Manager
• Attend client, subcontractor, and supplier progress meetings as required
• Work closely with the project team to ensure consistency in planning approach and accuracy in reporting

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

• 5+ years’ post graduate experience in a planning role within construction
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction, or Planning
• Strong knowledge of planning software including Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
• Thorough understanding of construction projects, scope of works, and contractual constraints
• Experience working on large-scale Data Centre or similar complex projects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
