Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders across a variety of construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing submissions.
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
• Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop tender strategies.
• Support senior management with bid reviews and commercial decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience in an estimating role within construction.
• Strong understanding of tendering and pricing processes.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and commercial skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.
• Motivated individual seeking a long-term role within a growing contractor.

Package

• Up to €130,000 DOE.
