Senior Electrical Engineer

ProSource are recruiting an Senior Electrical Engineer position on behalf of a leading M&E Contractor who are continuing to grow with an extensive amount of ongoing projects in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical installations on commercial, industrial and large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Monitor electrical works on site, ensuring installations are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications, relevant standards and project requirements.
• Assist with project planning, programming, procurement and resource management.
• Review electrical drawings and technical documentation and raise RFIs where required.
• Attend site and project meetings, providing technical support and updates on project progress.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and handover of electrical installations.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent qualification).
• 4+ years' experience within an electrical contracting, MEP or construction environment.
• HV experience needed and Renewable experience desirable
• Experience working on site and coordinating electrical works and subcontractors.
• Full Irish Driving License
