Senior Electrical Engineer - Dublin

ProSource Group are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer on behalf of one of Irelands leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Sustainability Consultancies to be based in its Dublin office. This is a leadership role for an experienced engineer who can manage complex projects, mentor junior staff, and ensure high technical standards across electrical design delivery.

The Role

You will take ownership of full electrical design on projects of varying scale while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading electrical design for power, lighting, life safety, security, and MV/LV systems
• Managing project delivery, budgets, and quality control
• Coordinating designs across mechanical, structural, and architectural teams
• Attending client meetings, site inspections, and technical reviews
• Mentoring engineers and contributing to technical excellence

About You

• Degree in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• 6+ years’ consultancy experience in electrical building services design
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and standards
• Proficient in Amtech / Electrical OM and Dialux (Revit an advantage)
• Chartered Engineer (or working toward Chartership)
• Strong leadership, communication, and commercial awareness
