Senior Electrical Design Engineer

ProSource Group are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team with a leading building services & environmental consultancy in their Midlands office. This is a permanent role offering a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to work on a range of Commercial, Hotel, Residential, Cultural, and Healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Lead Engineer on small to medium-sized projects and support directors on large-scale projects.
• Develop project scope, budgets, and reports in collaboration with design teams and clients.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering their development.
• Review and oversee electrical design work, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

About You

• Education: Degree in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years' electrical design experience, ideally within a consultancy environment.
• Chartered or Associate Engineering status (or working towards it).
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical design and project delivery.
