Senior / Associate Civil Engineer - Dublin

Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading Irish multidisciplinary engineering consultancy, for a Senior / Associate Civil Engineer to join their Dublin office. Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of major infrastructure projects, this is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within a highly respected consultancy delivering projects across both the public and private sectors.

Role

• Lead and manage the delivery of multiple civil engineering projects from feasibility through detailed design, construction and completion.
• Work closely with the Civils Director on client management, commercial performance and project delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary design teams, ensuring high-quality technical outputs and effective coordination across disciplines.
• Manage project budgets, programmes and contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for future work.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, supporting their technical and professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Civil Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer (Engineers Ireland or equivalent) preferred.
• 7–10+ years' experience in civil engineering design and project delivery.
• Strong background in civil infrastructure design and delivery.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish design standards
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of consultancy model.
• Customer-focused with experience developing client relationships.
• Full driver's licence desirable.
