Senior Accountant - Leinster (SME Practice)

The exact nature of the role will depend on your experience, interests and long-term career goals, with opportunities across Audit, Audit & Accounts, and Audit, Accounts & Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and complete statutory and non-statutory audit assignments across a diverse client portfolio.
• Prepare statutory financial statements.
• Prepare Corporation Tax returns.
• Manage assignments within agreed budgets and deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervise and support junior team members where appropriate.
• Assist Partners and Managers with a variety of ad hoc assignments and advisory projects.

Skills & Experience

• 2–3+ years' experience working in an Irish accountancy practice.
• ACA, ACCA or CPA qualified, or currently studying towards qualification.
• Strong experience in audit and accounts preparation.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to continue developing your career within practice.
