The Role As a Qualified Accountant, you will become a trusted advisor to a portfolio of SME clients, providing accounting, tax, and business advisory services while building strong long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME, partnership, and sole trader clients across a range of industries.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts.
• Meet with clients to discuss financial performance, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
• Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax, Income Tax, and RCT.
• Liaise with Revenue and assist clients with tax and accounting queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and add value for clients.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to client development and the continued growth of the practice.

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualified.
• Experience working within an accountancy practice environment. (4+ years) 
• Strong knowledge of Irish accounting and tax compliance.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
