Key Responsibilities
  • Support site teams with day-to-day health & safety activities.
  • Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety observations.
  • Assist with RAMS, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and client safety teams.
  • Promote a strong safety culture on live utility projects.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a safety role within a construction/engineering environment.
  • Relevant degree in Health & Safety. 
  • Must be able to work independently in a multi-site role.
  • Relevant safety qualifications (SafePass, Manual Handling; additional certs advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills and site presence.
  • Full driving licence - available to commute across the midlands.
  • NEBOSH Certificate would be a huge plus.
