A highly respected consultancy is seeking a
Revit Technician to join its Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while contributing to the delivery of coordinated BIM models across
mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural disciplines.
You will play a key role in planning, modelling, and delivering high-quality construction designs, while also mentoring junior staff as the team continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
- Coordinate building services models with architectural and civil designs
- Interpret and incorporate mechanical schematics, P&IDs, and technical symbols.
- Source and integrate manufacturer BIM models into internal libraries
- Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project quality standards.
- Work with the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform for project delivery.
- Support project teams by contributing to multi-disciplinary collaboration.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following: - Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Revit/BIM Technician (Revit MEP essential).
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM principles.
- Experience modelling piping, ducting, and electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of parametric design principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Experience working on Irish projects (preferred).
