Revit Technician (M&E)

A highly respected consultancy is seeking a Revit Technician to join its Dublin office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on technically challenging projects while contributing to the delivery of coordinated BIM models across mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural disciplines.
You will play a key role in planning, modelling, and delivering high-quality construction designs, while also mentoring junior staff as the team continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Revit models for mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
• Coordinate building services models with architectural and civil designs
• Interpret and incorporate mechanical schematics, P&IDs, and technical symbols.
• Source and integrate manufacturer BIM models into internal libraries
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project quality standards.
• Work with the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform for project delivery.
• Support project teams by contributing to multi-disciplinary collaboration.

To be successful in your application you will possess the following:

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Revit/BIM Technician (Revit MEP essential).
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and BIM principles.
• Experience modelling piping, ducting, and electrical systems.
• Strong understanding of parametric design principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Experience working on Irish projects (preferred).
