Revit Technician - Dublin

Salary: €45,000 - €50,000 DOE

ProSource are recruiting on behalf of our client, a newly founded and rapidly growing Dublin-based structural engineering design consultancy, for a Project Revit Technician role.

The successful candidate will work alongside a strong and highly-skilled specialist team, leveraging BIM expertise to deliver high-quality, coordinated design documentation for cutting-edge engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and manage detailed 3D BIM models for civil and structural projects, ensuring accuracy and coordination across disciplines.
• Produce high-quality 2D drawings, plans, and schedules derived from BIM models to support all project phases.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to interpret design concepts and convert them into precise digital models and technical documentation.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows to guarantee consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist with clash detection and resolve coordination issues between architectural, structural, and MEP models to achieve integrated designs.
• Support document control processes for drawings and models, ensuring efficient information management.
• Mentor junior technicians on BIM best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of internal BIM standards and workflows.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering Technology, Drafting, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ hands-on experience producing BIM models and technical drawings.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and CAD software, with strong knowledge of BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent understanding of civil and structural engineering drawings, with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 19650 and best practices for model coordination and data management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and project stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality, coordinated design information.
