Resident Engineer - Kildare

*Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 DOE*

ProSource are looking for a Resident Engineer with 7+ years of experience on behalf of our client, a leading nationwide design consultancy with a large portfolio of high-profile global industrial and F&B clients, to represent them on a high-profile industrial expansion project in Kildare for a large global MNC.

The Role

• Supervise day-to-day civil and structural construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
• Collaborate with the Employer’s Representative, Design Teams, and authorities as needed
• Monitor works progress, inspect construction quality, and maintain accurate site records
• Review contractor proposals and method statements for engineering compliance

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience supervising large infrastructure or civil engineering works
• Familiarity with construction contracts and supporting contract administration
• Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Valid Safe Pass and relevant construction safety training
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
• Problem-solving ability with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable using IT and construction management software
