Renewables Quantity Surveyor

A fast-growing renewables contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding commercial team in Dublin. Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support across renewable energy projects from procurement through to final account.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, variations, and financial forecasts.
• Assist with subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and account management.
• Monitor project costs and ensure commercial control throughout delivery.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Support contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Contribute to improving commercial processes as the company continues to grow.

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within contracting (renewables, civils, utilities, or infrastructure experience beneficial but not essential).
• Strong commercial awareness and numerical ability.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire to progress quickly in a growing organisation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
