About the Role
This is a hands-on, end-to-end development role, ideal for someone who wants real ownership of projects and clear scope for continued career growth.
  
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, taking schemes from early-stage development through planning and on to Ready-to-Build. The portfolio spans solar, wind and battery storage, offering broad technical and commercial exposure rather than a narrow, single-technology focus.
  
You’ll work closely with landowners, consultants and internal teams, managing key interfaces across planning, environmental, grid and stakeholder engagement.
  
Whilst direct development experience is advantageous, the emphasis is on overall capability and attitude. With solid experience in the energy industry, the specifics of development can be learned.
  
The Successful Applicant will have

• Approximately 5+ years’ experience in renewable energy or related infrastructure
• A background in project development, or a consultancy role supporting developers (planning, environmental, energy, infrastructure)
• Confidence managing consultants, stakeholders and multiple workstreams
• A commercially aware, pragmatic and collaborative approach
• Motivation driven by ownership, progression and being part of a high-trust team
