We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our Dublin team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take the next step in their career, working with established clients, developing new relationships and building their own presence within the construction market.

About the Role

• Managing the full recruitment process, from initial client engagement through to candidate placement and aftercare.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to develop new business.
• Managing candidate networks and developing a strong understanding of your specialist market.
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates to ensure the right fit for both clients and applicants.
• Taking ownership of your desk, managing vacancies and developing a consistent pipeline of placements.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Contributing to the wider team through collaboration, market knowledge and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within construction, engineering or a related sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop client accounts.
• A proven ability to manage the recruitment process and deliver for clients.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working towards targets.
• A professional and personable approach, with a strong focus on quality and long-term relationships.
