Recruitment Consultant - Construction Team

Due to continued growth we are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our Construction team. 

You will manage a portfolio of client relationship attending to their recruitment needs.  This role will include full 360 recruitment.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will work closely with clients in the Construction industry to identify, attract, and place top talent.


Key Responsibilities:

• Client Development:
  
  • Build and maintain relationships with Construction clients.
  • Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of business.
• Candidate Sourcing:
  
  • Proactively source and identify candidates using various channels (databases, job boards, social media, networking).
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles.
  • Provide guidance to candidates on CV preparation and interview techniques.
• 360 Recruitment Cycle:
  
  • Manage the full recruitment process, from job briefing to offer management.
  • Liaise between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Provide feedback and maintain communication throughout.
• Market Insights:
  
  • Stay updated on Finance sector trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Share market intelligence with clients to add value to their hiring strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

• A passion for recruitment and/or the Construction sector.
• Degree Qualified is desirable 
• At least 12 months post qualification work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous sales, customer service, or recruitment experience (advantageous but not essential).
