What You'll Do As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be a vital part of our success, working across the full 360 recruitment cycle:

• Develop and manage client relationships with new and existing companies
• Source top talent through advertising, headhunting, and networking
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process from application to placement
• Negotiate job offers and close placements
• Collaborate with a supportive team that values sharing success
• Contribute to the positive, upbeat atmosphere in our office

What We're Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment or sales (but we’re open to high-energy trainees too!)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated by targets and commissions
• Team player with a great sense of humor
• Confident, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your desk
• Ambition to progress and succeed in a growing business
