Recruitment Consultant

ProSource are hiring a Recruitment Consultant in Longford.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process: from client brief to candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and placement. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities. 
• Source, screen, interview and prepare candidates to match the skill-sets, aspirations and values of both client and candidate.
• Maintain and update the candidate and client database/CRM system; ensure accurate records of activity.
• Meet and exceed individual performance metrics.
• Provide market insight to clients and candidates, act as a trusted advisor in your sector(s).
• Collaborate with the team and senior management to drive office culture, share best-practice, and support overall growth.
• Continuously develop sector knowledge (especially within construction/civil engineering, if that is the focus) and stay up to date with recruitment best practices and labour market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written); ability to build relationships quickly.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities concurrently.
• Comfort with cold outreach / business development, as well as servicing existing clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, comfortable learning CRM/recruitment software.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a high-volume customer service environment. 
• Knowledge/interest in the construction & civil engineering market 
• Track record of meeting targets or thriving in a commercial environment.
