Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Collaborate with project teams to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

• Contract Administration: Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.

• Change Management: Evaluate and manage changes in project scope, ensuring appropriate adjustments to budget and contracts.
