Company Intro / Summary A well-established and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Responsibilities - Manage cost planning and budgeting across multiple projects.
- Prepare and review bills of quantities, tender documentation, and procurement strategies.
- Provide cost advice throughout design and construction phases.
- Administer contracts and manage variations, valuations, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure best value outcomes.
- Monitor project costs and provide accurate commercial reporting.
- Support senior leadership in delivering projects to the highest professional standards.
Requirements - Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
- 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience.
- Ideally from a PQS / consultancy background, though strong contractor experience will also be considered.
- Solid understanding of cost management and contract administration.
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
- Ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to progress within a growing organisation.
Package - €55,000 – €70,000 DOE.
