A well-established and highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Responsibilities

• Manage cost planning and budgeting across multiple projects.
• Prepare and review bills of quantities, tender documentation, and procurement strategies.
• Provide cost advice throughout design and construction phases.
• Administer contracts and manage variations, valuations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure best value outcomes.
• Monitor project costs and provide accurate commercial reporting.
• Support senior leadership in delivering projects to the highest professional standards.

Requirements

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
• 3–5 years’ post-graduate experience.
• Ideally from a PQS / consultancy background, though strong contractor experience will also be considered.
• Solid understanding of cost management and contract administration.
• Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Ambitious, commercially aware, and keen to progress within a growing organisation.

Package

• €55,000 – €70,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position.
