A well-established civil engineering contractor is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team, with projects located across Meath, Louth, and North Dublin. With a strong pipeline of infrastructure and groundworks projects secured for the foreseeable future, the company continues to expand and offers excellent long-term career opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with 3–5 years' experience looking to develop their career within the civils sector. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a variety of infrastructure and groundworks projects while joining a supportive commercial team with genuine opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities
• Manage the commercial aspects of civil engineering and infrastructure projects from commencement through to final account.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reports.
• Procure and manage subcontractor packages.
• Monitor project costs and maintain accurate forecasting.
• Prepare and assess variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure strong commercial performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Provide regular commercial reporting to senior management.

Requirements
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the Irish construction industry.
• Experience in infrastructure and/or groundworks projects is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract administration.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative project team.
• Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression.

Package
• Salary: €60,000 – €70,000 DOE.
• Full-time, permanent position covering projects across Meath, Louth, and North Dublin.
