Responsibilities

• Manage all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across multiple subcontract packages.
• Prepare cost plans, tender submissions, and procurement documentation.
• Oversee subcontractor account management, valuations, and variations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow to ensure accurate reporting.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of commercial objectives.
• Provide input into risk management and value engineering exercises.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and company commercial procedures.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field.
• Circa 5 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally with a subcontractor or specialist contractor.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor-side commercial management.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Package

• €60,000 - €65,000 DOE.
