Quantity Surveyor

ProSource is currently recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-respected Civils and Groundworks contractor to be based in Meath.

As they continue to grow, my client is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

€60,000 - €65,000 + package
  
Responsibilities:

• Conducting cost estimates and preparing tender documents.
• Managing and monitoring project budgets, costs, and variations.
• Collaborating with project managers and site teams to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements.
• Assessing and valuing completed work, ensuring accurate payment applications.
• Providing timely and accurate financial reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within Civils and Groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.
• Proficient in cost estimating, budget management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
