Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Specialising in high-quality housing and apartment schemes, the company is known for delivering well-planned communities with a focus on quality, sustainability, and timely delivery. This is a great opportunity for a commercially aware QS to gain experience on-site and play a key role in the successful delivery of residential projects.
Responsibilities - Assist in managing the financial aspects of residential construction projects from start to completion.
- Prepare cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Support procurement of subcontractors and materials, including tender evaluations.
- Track project variations, valuations, and manage subcontractor accounts.
- Liaise closely with site teams to monitor progress and cost implications.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports and final accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.
Requirements - Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ experience in a QS role, ideally with a main contractor on residential projects.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QS software tools.
- Motivated to develop within a supportive team and take on greater responsibilities.
Package - €50,000 - €60,000 DOE
